For this reason, we’ll do all that for you for free!Our proficient technical staff representatives will transfer your web site content from your present provider to us. Our techs have got plenty of experience with web site migration and are able to handle everything – from an average WordPress–driven weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–powered web site, to a highly complex, custom–built application.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time frame, since there are many factors, including the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to transfer your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not large).

A: Yeah. We’ll need the name of the site that you want us to move. We will also need a means to log in to your present hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your site.

A: Customer privacy is among our top priorities – because of this, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are protected with enterprise–level digital certificates. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative methods to secure the information that we gather online. And we’ve got a very detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which describes the types of information that we collect.

A: Nah. Your web site will remain completely operational during the migration. As soon as everything is done on our end, we’ll inform you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything’s OK, all you will have to do is update your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: While we migrate your web content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered hosting platform as long as we can acquire access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only websites that we are unable to transfer are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
